Delivery & Returns Policy

How long will my order take to arrive? 

It depends on which country we are shipping your order to. On average orders will take between 5 to 14 days to reach you. All shipping timeframes will be emailed to you as part of your order confirmation.   

Can I track my shipment? 

Yes we offer and recommend tracked shipping. Please select this option in your shopping cart and you will be notified via email of the tracking number upon dispatch.  

Do you do international delivery? 

Yes we offer tracked international shipping.  

What happens if my goods arrive damaged or broken? 

We take care with packaging your order to maximize the chance it arrives in good condition. However, on the rare occasion your order could be damaged in transit. We are able to offer a replacement if you get in touch within 14 days of receiving your order.   

Can I cancel my order after it has been dispatched? 

Unfortunately once the order has been dispatched we can-not cancel the order.  

Do you offer refunds? 

We only offer refunds if the products were faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

How can i pay for my order? 

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal and ApplePay.
